Digital Products = No Returns

Every item listed on our website is a digital product, usually in PDF format. Once a book has been sent, it’s non-refundable and non-returnable.

Why? Because digital files, once delivered, can’t be “un-downloaded.” It’s not like a physical book you can post back. We must protect our content, our authors, and the integrity of our platform. For that reason, all sales are final.

Before You Buy – Double Check

  • We do our best to give you all the information upfront – book title, author, format, sample pages (if available), file size, and more.
  • We kindly ask you to:

  • Check if your device can open PDF files
  • Read the product description properly

No Refunds For:

“I didn’t read the description.”
“I bought the wrong book by mistake.”
“I thought it was a hard copy.”
“The file won’t open on my phone.”
“I changed my mind.”
Please understand: once a digital file is sent, it’s yours permanently. Refunds aren’t possible in any of the above cases.

Technical Problems?

If the file you’ve downloaded:
Won’t open at all
Is corrupt or incomplete
Isn’t what was described on the site
Then reach out within 48 hours of purchase. Email us at [Your Email Here] and we’ll send you a working copy – if the issue is genuine. But again: we don’t refund – we make sure you get the correct file.

Why This Policy Exists:

We’ve put this in place to avoid unfair use. Sadly, digital content can be easily copied or shared. Offering refunds would leave us open to abuse, which isn’t fair to us or our community of readers.
